Most manufacturer warranties end in 30 to 90 days. Now extend your warranty for a full 4 years. That’s right, if your remote breaks during that period we will either repair or replace it at no addition charge.
What is covered?
The service performed under this contract will be provided by New Remotes Inc. The covered product will be restored to normal working condition after it has failed. The plan covers all labor and parts cost necessary to repair or replace your remote.
Coverage period
Your coverage begins and ends on the dates identified on the face of your contract.
Location of service
All remotes covered by the warranty must be sent to New Remotes Inc. 12914 Dupont Circle Tampa FL, 33626 at the customers expense. New Remotes Inc. will cover return shipping.

Please send your remote to the above address. Include the problem with the remote, your name, address, daytime phone number and a copy of your contract.
Service contract limitations
Your contract is not cancelable or transferable.
Indirect Damages - IN NO EVENT WILL NEW REMOTES INC BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THIS SERVICE CONTRACT.
Non-Repairable Products - If New Remotes Inc., in it's sole discretion, determines that a covered product is not repairable, which includes when parts are no longer available, New Remotes Inc. may either replace the product with a product of like kind, quality and functionality or provide you with an amount equal to the value of the product at the time New Remotes Inc. determines the product to be non-repairable. Unless otherwise precluded by law, in either event, New Remotes Inc. shall be excused from further performance of this Contract as to the affected product.
Limitation of Liability - To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of New Remotes Inc., New Remotes Inc. or the insurer, if any, for any allegedly defective covered product or part shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product or part at New Remotes Inc.’s option, and the liability of New Remotes Inc., if any, for damages relating to any defective covered product or part shall not exceed your purchase price for the product or part in question. THIS CONTRACT IS YOUR SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE COVERED PRODUCT (S). ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT (S) INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Governing Law
Unless otherwise governed by applicable state law, your Contract shall be
interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the state of Florida.
YOU THE BUYER MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS AND REMEDIES UNDER YOUR STATE'S
APPLICABLE LAWS WHICH ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY REMEDY WHICH MAY BE AVAILABLE UNDER
THIS CONTRACT.
What is not covered?
Any cosmetic imperfections.
Lost remotes.
Remotes physically damaged by the customer, including but not limited to water damage or abuse, unauthorized repairs performed by third parties.
Products used for commercial purposes.
