We are still shipping daily.

1-2 business days after placing your order you should receive an email from RemoteControlSupport@electronicadventure.com with the subject: Remote Control Tracking Information From New Remotes Inc. If you do not see your tracking email, make sure to CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. It will be there.

PLEASE NOTE: The carrier will post a DELIVERY ESTIMATE. This is only an ESTIMATE and not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit times vary by location and current volume per sorting facility.


To track your package, check the link in the email described above (please note, your package is carried by UPS Mail Innovations but will be delivered by your local U.S. Postal Carrier). You will need to check the Shipment Progress Details in order to see exactly where your package is and the latest scan.


Tracking for this service only updates 4 times:
1. When it is picked up from our packing facility
2. When it arrives to the central location in Orlando
3. When it arrives at your local post office
4. When it arrives at your location
If you don't see location updates for a few days between these locations, do not be concerned as this is normal.


NOTE TO U.S. CUSTOMERS: We ship using a partnership between UPS and the U.S. Postal Service called Mail Innovations. The link to your tracking number is through the UPS website, but your local Postal Carrier will deliver the package to your mailbox/PO box. If your package was shipped Priority Mail, your tracking link is through the U.S. Postal Service.


NOTE TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Once your package clears customs, you can track it using https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/tools.page to its final destination. Due to customs, delivery may take up to two weeks.
