1-2 business days after placing your order you should receive an email from RemoteControlSupport@electronicadventure.com with the subject:
Your New Remotes Inc Order [Your Order Number Here] has shipped


To track your package, check the link in the email described above (please note, your package will be delivered by your local U.S. Postal Carrier). If you don't see it check your spam folder. Please allow at least 2 business days before emailing or calling.


Tracking for this service only updates 4 times:
1. When it is picked up from our packing facility
2. When it arrives to the central location in Orlando
3. When it arrives at your local post office
4. When it arrives at your location
If you don't see location updates for a few days between these locations, do not be concerned as this is normal.


NOTE TO U.S. CUSTOMERS: We ship using a partnership between UPS and the U.S. Postal Service called Mail Innovations. The link to your tracking number is through the UPS website, but your local Postal Carrier will deliver the package to your mailbox/PO box. If your package was shipped Priority Mail, your tracking link is through the U.S. Postal Service.


NOTE TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Once your package clears customs, you can track it using https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/tools.page to its final destination. Due to customs, delivery may take up to two weeks.
